I bought Aashirwad Superior MP Whole Wheat Aata 10 kg packet from Jiomart Goa on September 13 2023. I opened the packet today on 26 September 2023. It was a shock to see live worms in the packet and the roti made out of aata used from the packet. This is totally unacceptable. Consumers trust ITC that is why they buy your products or else it will be better if you sell only cigarettes at least nobody will complain on that. Don't take consumers...

Itc gold flake kings cigarettes are very low quantity of product inserts. See the attached images. Need compensation...

Kindly re-check your distribution of cigarettes, fake /duplicate cigarettes are rampantly being sold all around Jharkhand, Ranchi - Chuttia are being epicentre.

I am a regular user of Gold Flake, I realised in last few months that quality has deteriorated, then switched to Classic Regular, gradually this brand has also scrummed to the piracy and duplicate distribution...I am sure there must be drastic fall in your sales too...trust...

And received a rotten French fries. Nelson mankiam road branch supplied this product. I would also like to take this to food corporation of india.

I have been using gold flake kings for some while and recently I noticed considerable difference in quality while using the same.So I checked the labelling of the cigarette and I found there was material difference in the colour used in the labelling and logo.The reason which I am writing this is to gain a clarity on whether the product is of ITC or not.I am attaching pictures of the cigarettes the red marked is of poor quality and green...

I was calling customer query phone no -[protected], 3 times i calling from last week this person without getting info, given Bangalore Reg office no- [protected], when i asked about my problem, requested to connect marketing department, she tells no permission lk tht.
Wht is this type of Negligence?

We have purchased above frozen food item from dmart Store bhayandar west on 18.05.2023 at 12.55 pm vide tax invoice No[protected] & paid through debit card on cashier tg/070592 of dmart price rs 149.50.
the item title Itc master chef veggie pizza pocket 9 pcs of 340 grm. manufacturing dt 28.02.2023 & expiry dt 28.02.2024 pkd batch no[protected] . on monday 22.05.2023 my wife going to fried this food item it spread bad smell...

The product was bad. The potato was spoiled and also half potato was spoiled and half was ok...

I worked in ITC infotech and was supposed to recieve night shift allowance, when i worked for 21 days in night shift last year

i left ITC infotech in may 2022 due to toxic work culture and they should have processed the 21 days night shift allowance at 350 per day with my full and final, but all they do is delay,
its been more than 9 days and they are not giving my money back...

I used to work for ITC infotech and we had a night shift allowance policy.

i worked in night shift for 21 days and was supposed to be paid 350*21

i left the job in may 2022 and was told it will be paid with my full and final .
since then, i have been following up with them and every time they tell me that they are taking approvals, its been 9 months and the money hasnt been paid,
i have sent them...

Distributor is not supplying cigratte to my shop as i order less quantity. Kindly look into this matter and resolve ASAP....
