In this packs 1 forged Light's pack identified when the customer asked a cigerette. The next minute I intimate the sales person about this incident happend and replace the new pack and handover...

        I cannot emphasize enough how deeply disturbed I am by this incident. Finding a foreign object, especially a live worm, in a product that is consumed by humans is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality control and hygiene standards of your company. Not only is this a significant violation of food safety regulations, but it also poses a severe health risk to consumers.

        If I do not receive a satisfactory response within the stipulated time, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the appropriate consumer protection agencies and consider legal action to protect my rights as a consumer.

          I bought Aashirwad Superior MP Whole Wheat Aata 10 kg packet from Jiomart Goa on September 13 2023. I opened the packet today on 26 September 2023. It was a shock to see live worms in the packet and the roti made out of aata used from the packet. This is totally unacceptable. Consumers trust ITC that is why they buy your products or else it will be better if you sell only cigarettes at least nobody will complain on that. Don't take consumers for granted. Who's going to take the responsibility if something happens to me or my family. Need a resolution asap.

              Kindly re-check your distribution of cigarettes, fake /duplicate cigarettes are rampantly being sold all around Jharkhand, Ranchi - Chuttia are being epicentre.

              I am a regular user of Gold Flake, I realised in last few months that quality has deteriorated, then switched to Classic Regular, gradually this brand has also scrummed to the piracy and duplicate distribution...I am sure there must be drastic fall in your sales too...trust me it has spread in every corner of Jharkhand.                   Coupon codes not working

                  Hi,
                  I scratch Bingo Scratched card but the code is showing invalid.

                  I sent the correct code on given number, i.e., [protected]

                  Neither the offer is expired, not the coupon is used. Still it is not working.

                      Duplicate gold flake kings

                      I have been using gold flake kings for some while and recently I noticed considerable difference in quality while using the same.So I checked the labelling of the cigarette and I found there was material difference in the colour used in the labelling and logo.The reason which I am writing this is to gain a clarity on whether the product is of ITC or not.I am attaching pictures of the cigarettes the red marked is of poor quality and green...

                        We have purchased above frozen food item from dmart Store bhayandar west on 18.05.2023 at 12.55 pm vide tax invoice No[protected] & paid through debit card on cashier tg/070592 of dmart price rs 149.50.
                        the item title Itc master chef veggie pizza pocket 9 pcs of 340 grm. manufacturing dt 28.02.2023 & expiry dt 28.02.2024 pkd batch no[protected] . on monday 22.05.2023 my wife going to fried this food item it spread bad smell like food damaged & spoiled she try to taste 1 piece of it & kept in mouth she is filling bad smell food like fizzy water & omit the same & thrown all 9 pcs in dustbin. our complaint it that when food expiry in feb 24 how it was spoiled. we request to dmart or itc company replace the item or credit the amt in next bill adjustment. we have attached photographs herewith for the references. hope quick action in the matter. thanks & regards rajesh s medhekar - 91 - [protected]

                            I want you know that the Gold flake cigarette priced at Rs 95 per pack that is sold in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir is very acrid in taste and the cigarettes of other companies that are low priced are better than that . I have been smoking since last 12 years and I am astonished the way goldflake Rs 95 packet is in taste nowadays . It seems the bad quality tobacco is used or something else . I would like to address this issue or else many customers will switch to other brands.
