As usual I purchased Aashirwad Select aata from the local retail store SUPER STORE, SECTOR 14, HISAR, HARYANA IN THE MONTH OF OCTOBER, 2023. When I opened the 5 kg packet of aata I was surprised to see it highly contaminated with fungus. I immediately called the local dealer and handed over it to him.
This is highly undesirable from such a so-called reputed company.
Strict action needs to be taken against the company and award compensation of Rs. One Crore to me.

Damaged product Order # 2512408
A pack o[censored]sed cream where one finger deep impression was clearly visible and had asked for product replacement.
My complaint has been brutally rejected stating everything is OK and the seal of the container is not broken.
It's disheartening to read your reply as a first time customer.
# 1. The seal is broken is very evident from the image shared
# 2. The product is looks old and untidy. Doesn't look like a professional product from a reputed organisation.
# 3. The end of the seals are evidently soiled very visibly.
# 4. Your claim is that proper inspection is done before despatch is not adequate.
# 5. Your process does lack continuity
# 6. What QC process allows you to send a soiled and used product?
# 7. Are you disposing off your soiled stock in the name of sampling?
# 8. You are destructing your own goodwill.

I will still wait for your reasonable response

I purchased a box of dark fantasy choco fills biscuits from d mart and found the cookies were unusual, I thought it was just a biscuit but it was the whole pack the biscuits were not crunchy the whole point of biscuit is its supposed to be crunchy but these cookies texture were just off and it seemed like they had absorbed moisture and were less crunchy and felt like the cookies had gone bad. So I request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

In this packs 1 forged Light's pack identified when the customer asked a cigerette. The next minute I intimate the sales person about this incident happend and replace the new pack and handover...

Found a dead dried cockroach in the cigarette tobacco

I cannot emphasize enough how deeply disturbed I am by this incident. Finding a foreign object, especially a live worm, in a product that is consumed by humans is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality control and hygiene standards of your company. Not only is this a significant violation of food safety regulations, but it also poses a severe health risk to consumers.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response within the stipulated time, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the appropriate consumer protection agencies and consider legal action to protect my rights as a consumer.

I bought Aashirwad Superior MP Whole Wheat Aata 10 kg packet from Jiomart Goa on September 13 2023. I opened the packet today on 26 September 2023. It was a shock to see live worms in the packet and the roti made out of aata used from the packet. This is totally unacceptable. Consumers trust ITC that is why they buy your products or else it will be better if you sell only cigarettes at least nobody will complain on that. Don't take consumers for granted. Who's going to take the responsibility if something happens to me or my family. Need a resolution asap.

Itc gold flake kings cigarettes are very low quantity of product inserts. See the attached images. Need compensation

Kindly re-check your distribution of cigarettes, fake /duplicate cigarettes are rampantly being sold all around Jharkhand, Ranchi - Chuttia are being epicentre.

I am a regular user of Gold Flake, I realised in last few months that quality has deteriorated, then switched to Classic Regular, gradually this brand has also scrummed to the piracy and duplicate distribution...I am sure there must be drastic fall in your sales too...trust me it has spread in every corner of Jharkhand. And received a rotten French fries. Nelson mankiam road branch supplied this product. I would also like to take this to food corporation of india.
