[Resolved]  ITC — Complaint on Sunfeast Cashew cookies

I am giving a complaint on product Sunfeast Cashew cookies batch no.V22A & Mfg.dt. 20.06.2014. purchased on 22.08.2014 from bangalore 560100. Already given complaint no.20141957. when i had the biscuit i got the plastic paper inside the biscuit (PLEASE FIND THE PHOTO) how it's possible from so reputed company brand.
