ITC — Complimentary Vouchers - Membership Number - C11b6557

This is with reference to the membership number C11B6557 by the name of Mr. Rajeev Gambhir, he is holding this membership since 2005.

We are having the complimentary nights Vouchers, which got expired on 31-Jan-2023, though we had booked that for 30-Jan-2023, but due to some urgencies and unavoidable circumstances, he was not able to get this opportunity to stay at your hotel.

Referring to the above membership and the vouchers, I would like to request you on his behalf, for getting the extension till next month or this month so that we can utilize these vouchers also.

We have already renewed our membership for this year for which receipt is also attached.
