ITC — Coupon codes not working

Hi,
I scratch Bingo Scratched card but the code is showing invalid.

I sent the correct code on given number, i.e., [protected]

Neither the offer is expired, not the coupon is used. Still it is not working.

Happening from past 2-3 times.
