ITC — Damaged or Low Quality Product

Ordered a large pack of dark fantasy biscuits which were a year away from their expiration date. But the biscuits inside were mostly soft (soggy/not crispy). They even looked different in appearance, slightly lighter than usual and a little rounder/bigger. Even the chocolate inside was very less and completely dried. It was also not tasting good.
