ITC — deficiency in service | |||
Dear itc, I visited your itc fortune landmark hotel at ahmedabad on the 20th year celebrations today. I am a regular dinner at the earthern oven restuarant since many years. But today’s dinner was a mess up. We were greeted with used fork on the table and even after comparing their is no regret. Sorry to say but the service at municipal market is better than the one we experienced and that to at a five star property. Years i have dinned at your hotel but never such deficiency in service we have experienced. I have bought these to the notice of the concerned whose card i am sharing but i don’t think they realised there fault and think it is a minor mistake. We are vegetarians and such improper service we can never expect. The used fork which was served to us on the table looked like something non vegetarian was stuck to it and naturally due to the low light ambience we realised that there fork was used only after using it. The experience was so ugly that we preferred to not order further and leave. We did not create a scene and just brought the same to the notice of the manager and pod the bill and left. But really i would seriously have doubts before visiting the restuarant in future. I have been a frequent visitor and normally come with foreign delegates but such experience i say i would never ever recommend the hotel to any of my associates. Please if you care about your regular visitors look into the matter and at least send a apology as you spoilt our dinner and 2ndly also our religion strictness. Photos of the fork and the bill and the card of the person whom we shared these is enclosed for ready reference. I hope my complain does not go to deaf ears.
