This is in regard to my mail...
Damaged product Order # 2512408
A pack o[censored]sed cream where one finger deep impression was clearly visible and had asked for product replacement.
My complaint has been brutally rejected stating everything is OK and the seal of the container is not broken.
It's disheartening to read your reply as a first time customer.
# 1. The seal is broken is very evident from the image shared
# 2. The product is looks old and untidy. Doesn't look like a professional product from a reputed organisation.
# 3. The end of the seals are evidently soiled very visibly.
# 4. Your claim is that proper inspection is done before despatch is not adequate.
# 5. Your process does lack continuity
# 6. What QC process allows you to send a soiled and used product?
# 7. Are you disposing off your soiled stock in the name of sampling?
# 8. You are destructing your own goodwill.
