I have been using Aashirvaad Aata in my kitchen for more than 19 years or so, but now I'm thinking of discontinue this Brand Aata.
But, before taking this decision, I wanted to convey my displeasure towards your irresponsible behaviour.
I am a Public Sector Bank employee and currently shifted to Bahrain. I was using Aashirvaad aata from the date of arrival in Bahrain in Sep 2021.
2 months back i purchased 2 bags of 10Kg Aata from Supermarket here. I opened 1 bag and was using the same one for a while for cooking but the taste of Roti had a foul smell. I thought it might be due to my taste, But my whole family complained about the bad taste of the roti. So, I discarded that bag and opened a fresh bag today. To my dismay the same foul smell was coming from the newly opened bags. Then I understood, It was not our taste buds but ITC"s greedbuds which have a foul smell.
So, Before leaving my beloved brand Aashirvad, I had my duty to inform you of the same and it might be possible that many people may have complained about the same.
For your information, ITC has one production unit in Chitradurga, Karnataka, which I handled as a banker. SO I know, You people keep one sample bag for future reference and complaint for that lot.
I also understand that you will not disclose the real finding of this complaint to me. But still I thought to share this as I love Aashirvaad Brand. My family grew by eating this Aata for a very long time.
ATTACHING THE BATCH NO. of the BAG IF you wish to find the fault in your production lot
BATCH id: 04230623BH
