ITC — Hair in itc delishus cookie

ITC represents India- its an Indian Company. with such unhygienic practices, it is creating a bad image for country also. If this 'hairy cookie' would have been found by a tourist/ foreigner, then it would have meant bad name not just for the brand, the its habitat as well.

Imagine what picture their media must have created then..!!

I received a letter from ITC- stating that they appreciate my efforts, and hence, sending me a gift hamper, and that I should return the cookie sample.

1. I don't want appreciation for a complaint that I have made. ITC needs to apologize on public front for negligence in maintaining hygine standards.

2. I have not received any gift hamper till date.

3. I was never contacted by their legal team for the monetory compensation I asked.

This is pure harassment for a pregnant women.

What exactly is ITC wanting..? Some 'tamasha' with media paying its role..? Or consumer court sending a notice?

I had not contacted ITC in between as I was facing some complications with my health. But ITC took this as an escape route, and displayed their laid-back attitude towards its customers.

I spend my hard-earned money to buy cookie
I get a hair in the cookie
I complain

I get nothing---- I don't want appreciation...!!

7 days.. and I get no response from ITC..!!

No-one tried to contact me on phone also.

That's neither professional nor responsible.
