[Resolved] ITC — highly inaccessible to consumers!!!

I have been trying to get in touch with the isc division of itc since many days for guidance. It is extremely frustrating to be greeted by your automated voice service only. Your executives are never available for the consumers or the phone just keeps ringing and nobody answers the phone! Does nobody ever come to work in itc? How come no one is ever available at any of your various numbers?!! Extremely poor service and a very sorry state of affairs!! I did not expect this laid-back attitude from a company like itc!!

Very poor quality. Complaint made but no action. The taste is gone down badly. Several complaint has been made to your company via emails and Tele phonic calls but no action. Moreover they have they even called.
