ITC — ITC Infotech hasnt paid my shift allowances, and its been 9 months now

I used to work for ITC infotech and we had a night shift allowance policy.

i worked in night shift for 21 days and was supposed to be paid 350*21

i left the job in may 2022 and was told it will be paid with my full and final .
since then, i have been following up with them and every time they tell me that they are taking approvals, its been 9 months and the money hasnt been paid,
i have sent them more than 50 emails, but they are highly unprofessional.
