ITC — Not delivering product

I have placed 8 orders from itc store on 11th April 2024 but they didn't deliver my single order yet I've been eagerly waiting for my online grocery orders for eight days now, I even mail to customer care but they said wait for your orders, it hasn't even been shipped.Plz help me to get my orders, pictures of order id's are attached below
