I reside in Bhopal, M.P. India.
Due to the events that have occurred until now, I am concerned that your online ITC Store team will not deliver the order and my amount will not be refunded to me. Hence I write.
I had placed order via your online ITC Store on 24 NOV 2022, the details of which are below:
Order #603555 for Rs.841.00.
The orders were scheduled to be delivered by 29 NOV 2022. However, they were not.
When I enquired, they told me my order no. is not valid, then I sent them a mail with payment confirmation and there own mail of the order confirmation on 29 NOV 2022. They raised the ticket against my complaint. I was fine with this.
On 30 nov 2022, I call them on there customer no. to take the followup of my complaint. Again i got the same reply, we keep this on our high priority but still today(02 nov 2022) there is progress from there side.
1. There is no tracking system for me to see how the order is progressing. How will I receive communication on this issue?
2. I have not received responses from your support team in spite of writing several emails to them.
3. Not a good customer care support by ITC?
5. What is your escalation path if I do not receive my delivery?
6. Who do I complain to, for this harrowing experience?
Kindly let me know what to do?
