[Resolved] ITC — Paid for Online ITC Store Order but Not Delivered

I had placed order via your online ITC Store on 15 May 2022, the details of which are below: Order #450444 for Rs.910. Order were scheduled to be delivered by 16 May 2022. However, they were not. Tracking link they sent to me at my email was also not working. Instead, on 16 May around at 11 pm night i got a whatsapp message saying order is delivered which i didn't received. May 17, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved As soon as i reached out to your customer care, they assured for order delivery. Then after few hours i got my order. Thanks for resolving the problem, itc ITC customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
