Sir., I am Andavar Store (Cust code:5220) running grocer shop at no:10 Lic colony, Trichy, Tamilnadu.We purchase all products from your Appointed distributor M/S VRR AGENCY. One Mr.Ganesan (cigarette Sales man )had not visited our shop for the past 1 week.Then I send my person to the agency on 21-01-21 to buy cigarette and he told that I will come today. We waited for a day and finally he came on the same day around 8:30pm next to my shop(Gopal store)and delivered the goods to that shop and he return back. The other day again I called him and asked why you have not visited our shop, he replied in an improperly. I request you to supply me goods with the alternate distributor.
