ITC — Products not delivered and rude behavior

Dear Team,

The distributor of ITC Shivam Enterprises Chandpur Varanasi is not taking orders from us(Maa Sankatha general Store Varanasi) also we are trying to contact supervisor/Salesman(Raman) but he is behaving very rudely and arrogantly saying that we do not have time so do not call us, we are struggling from last 1 month to get the orders placed due to which our customer is getting affected as we are not able to supply them the desired products.
request to please intervene on an urgent basis to get it resolved
