ITC — salesman not visiting shop

Dear sir
I am having a retail shop in bhayander east jesal park. Salesman doesn't visit my shop after complaining to sales executive of the area their is no response. And after complaining to higher authority he as visited the on 28/07/2017 and their no response from salesman and none of the order which i ask was given to me
Example
1 super star
2 premiun
3 benson light
4 benson hard
5 classic regular, tangy, citrus, ultra mild
None of the order was given atlease i asked him to give 2 packets but he had given that. So kindly look into this matter
