This is regarding the order number 62252.
Worst possible experience. At first, the product was not delivered even after 6 days past the delivery date and now they have issues with the refund as well. The order was placed on 19th May with delivery date selected as 22nd May between 3PM - 9PM and the order was not delivered till 28th of June.
I had to call up customer care, multiple times to know about the delivery status as well as the refund status. Refund was initiated on 28th May and they are telling me yesterday i.e. 8th of June that the refund was not processed due to issues. If I hadn't called I would have never got to know about it.
Why don't you they keep the customer updated about the status of the delivery through a call or mail? Why do they expect the customer to call and know about the status? Horrible service till date. Never I'm going to order anything from ITC going forward . Was this information helpful? |
