ITC — Urgent Complaint Regarding Contaminated Juice Pack Leading to Food Poisoning

I purchased a B Natural Mixed fruit from Swiggyit two days ago. Upon opening the pack and pouring the juice, I noticed a suspicious substance that appeared to be yeast or some black Bacteria, floating in the juice.

Unfortunately, before noticing the contamination, I consumed some of the juice. Shortly after, I began experiencing severe symptoms of food poisoning. I had to seek medical attention due to the intensity of the symptoms, which has caused me significant distress and inconvenience. My family also drank and my brother had vomiting and I was having severe pain in my stomach. I will go to the police station or I will write about my incident on Twitter and I want to take this issue to the national food security. This is not at all acceptable and we have been very badly sick for the last two days.

I have attached photographs of the contaminated juice for your review. This incident has not only caused physical harm but also shaken my confidence in the quality assurance processes of ITC B Natural.

I kindly request the following actions:
1. A thorough investigation into this matter to identify the cause of the contamination.
2. Immediate steps to ensure that such issues do not recur in the future.
3. A full refund or replacement of the contaminated product.
4. Compensation for the medical expenses and the distress caused.

Please be informed that if this matter is not addressed promptly and satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue to the police and relevant higher authorities to ensure that such negligence does not put other consumers at risk.
