[Resolved]  Itzcash Card — amount debited in my account but railway ticket was not booked and amount did not credited in my sbi account

Yesterday night i tried booking a ticket via irctc.co.in
Payment was made through itzcashi online site but after the payment was made from my sbi account, the irctc site immediately went down
I tried calling up all the numbers given in irctc.co.in and also mailed multiple times to [protected]@irctc.co.in but havent received any response till now.

And same thinks done today night also and acoount debited but ticket was not booked
