[Resolved] Itzcash Card — irctc failed transaction amount not refunded | |
I had booked an e-ticket from irctc in using itz gateway for paying thrrough my indusind bank visa credit card on 26th oct. The transaction failed during the ticket booking and the amount was refunded by irctc on 27th oct as per the message sent by irctc. But till now i have not received the refunded amount. Nov 2, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Called up customer care and got the bank reference no.
Checked with my bank and the amount got deposited back and dint reflect in statement for some reason.
