[Resolved] Itzcash Card — Itz cash card more than a two week and still have not received my prepaid card.. Dont go for it

I have placed an order for prepaid card (Rs 12000) through my company portal.
There was no intimation provided to me regarding delivery of the card and i have sent multiple followup with mail but i still don't see conclusive response from them. Today i got SMS that your card has been activated.
i just want to know what is an expected time to receive my card.
i felt very bad after ordering online card from you.
i need quick resolution from your side.

As checked with our team the said cards S[protected] & S[protected] shall be delivered to you on or before 06th July 2017 hence pls find the AWB Nos. [protected] & [protected] sent by Blue Dart for your tracking purpose.

Just now i received SMS from ITZcash that 12000 rs has been credited into my prepaid card but i haven't received this card from courier person. Someone can misuse my prepaid card so please escalate to next level and try to resolve on urgent basis.

sometime back i got called from your team (consumer complaints) .Looks like it was a fraud call because he was asking me all my personal bank details to claim this amounts. person mobile number is :[protected]

please take action on this person.
