[Resolved] Itzcash Card — refund was not received in my account | |||
I cancelled my ticket on 15th jun, 2018 which i booked via itz's payment gateway. The amount should have been refunded by 16th jun, 2018 but has not been refunded even after 10 days. According to irctc the ticket has been cancelled and the amount has been sent to itz but the refund has not been credited to my account.
