I booked a guna ticket from bilaspur via ixigo app on[protected]. But the ticket was not booked and the transaction failed. 2296.38 was deducted from my account. I got the message of transaction failure stating that the amount deducted from your account will be deposited in your account in 3 days.
I booked the ticket again and again the failure failed and again rs. 2296.38 was deducted from my account. And the message was received that the amount deducted from your account will be credited back to your account in 3 days.
Thus a total of 4592.76 were deducted from my account. But till date i have not returned to my account. Whereas according to the rules of the application, the amount was to be returned to the account within 7 days. But even after 5 months the amount has not come to my account. Therefore, it is requested that after taking appropriate action, deposit 4592.76 deducted amount in my account immediately.
