Jabong.com — amount not credited in my account

Amount is not refunded into my account of order no [protected]and amount of Rs 405.8. I returned the product on 6th December 2018 and till today i.e 19th December I posted an email regarding this they informed me that they refunded amount through pay u but I haven't received the amount attached bank statement below plz do consider my request.i ordered 3 different products I received refund for 2 products. +1 photos Was this information helpful? Jabong.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 19, 2018 Updated by Phanendra.n Not resolved Dec 28, 2018 Updated by Phanendra.n JABONG sent me mail that Refund successfully processed on[protected] For Rs -405.86 Bank Reference Number is[protected] and told me that to contact bank using the reference no but they says invalid reference number.
