Oreder date: 9/7/2016 Order no. [protected] Return id: 31354658 Pick up date: 22/07/2016 Totally harassing shop i did. No call pick up by customer care... Delay in delivery update... Delay in return pick up. I ordered 3 jeans out of which one i met sizing issue so i put a return reuest but when ecom express came for pick up they denied to take return back and asked all three jeans to return. I tried convincing them that i have put only one jeans return reuest and showed my mobile jabong apps return reuest, but he voice pitch became high and started telling me that system has changed, you dont know anything etc etc. Was this information helpful? | |||||
