I orders dc shoes on 28 may, but it is showing failed delivery. Also upon tracking my order on ml express they are saying that tracking id is not valid. Also, they have no relations with jabong, thats what was written on their site. What shoul i do now. I have prepaid for my order and don't know any whereabouts of my package. Neither i have been provided with any kind of contact information of the courier delivery services nor any address of their office branch in chandigarh. Also jabong is not replying to my complaints on gmail too. Is this how you treat customers? Was this information helpful? | |||
