[Resolved] Jabong.com — delay | |
I had placed an order for beardo product on 19th november (Afternoon). It was supposed to be delivered by 25th but until now it has not been delivered. It has been almost 10 days since i placed the order. I am really disappointed in the service. Had i known the scenario i would have never spent this much money and time on a product which has taken more than 9 days. It's supposed to be urgent but now even if it gets delivered, it is of no use. A delay of 1 or two days is justified but not more than that. I think i will not be purchasing any more stuff from jabong, especially which are for gifting purposes. A customer pays insane amount for delivery and this is what we get. The same product was available on amazon but i still ordered it on jabong because of the speedy delivery which they had. Was this information helpful? | |
