[Resolved] Jabong.com — Exchange of a product | |||||
This is regarding order ID: [protected] placed under the email address: [protected]@gmail.com. I placed a return request on the jabong website, however it stated that the return request cannot be placed from my address. Then I gave a call to your CSR and she said that she will manually place a return request from my address and she also gave me the reference no: 31404868 wherein a return request shall be initiated within 5 days and this was done more than a week ago and I am yet to hear from any one. I tried to give a call to you people however I was kept on hold in the IVR for minutes and was then disconnected. I have been a regular customer of Jabong and mistakes are acceptable, but such unprofessional behaviour is not. Hope you will look into this Was this information helpful? | |||||
