Jabong has delivered a wrong size shoe. I mail them requesting to exchange the shoe. I received confirmation from jabong and ecom express courier boy take back it. That very day i saw my return order declined in the website. I mailed customer care and chiefmanager jabong but nothing happened yet. I have ordered Tokyo Talkies white solid skinny fit mid rise jeans order no.109978539312801744901which was placed on 19 Jan 2019 and delivered on 25 Jan 2019 under the name of Savitri Jaiswal. Its shows refund processed but haven't got till date.
