Jabong.com — failure of refund process | |
Hello sir, I have ordered two product from jabong on the same day with same order id and placed a return request on next day for both products. The delivery executive from their third party courier service named ecom express came and asked for two product to return and took away both. I got the refund of only one product and refund of another product has been declined due to they didn't get second product. I tried to follow-up jabong team many times but didn't get any resolution. So regarding that i need to submit my compliant against jabong so that they will check with ecom express team and refund my money back.
