Jabong.com — Full refund not received | |||
I placed an order on 25th July and my order no. is - [protected] but I returned the product due to some issue. When I contacted Jabong customer care for return of the product they told that we don't have service to your area so you have to return the product by yourself and we will refund the courier amount along with product amount so I agreed and dispatched the product from my end through DTDC courier service. I got product amount and I have paid 400 rs as courier charges but they have refunded only 304 rs and saying that we have policy that we can give only 160 rs per KG but courier company has charged me 200 rs per KG and the weight of the product was 2 KG so they denied to refund the full amount so they refunded only 304 rs. I am attaching the courier slip with this. Kindly help me with this. Was this information helpful? | |||
