Dear jabong, I have purchased an item (Fossil watch) with order no [protected]. Now it got damaged and i have to take to service center but without invoice copy the customer care guy is raising his hands. I didn't get invoice on mail. Even there is no option to download invoice from your site. It is causing great inconvenience with other orders too. Please mail invoice at [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

Seems like I am facing the same issue. Jabong is running a scam on these high priced Fossil watches.
