Bought the following product from Jabong.Invoice is not there. ORDER ID[protected] Placed on Sun, 5th Jun'16 at 2:28pm TOTAL AMOUNT:5455.38 AMERICAN TOURISTER 79CM ARONA BLUE STROLLEy Suitcase developed a crack during transit in flight and Mira Road service centre of samsonite cannot take request without Invoice. Jabong.com web portal is showing genuine purchase history with all the details .Invoice Jabong cannot give after 2 years (have an email from the company).Suitcase is still within warranty but only 2 months remaining.If such reputed company like Jabog cannot coperate in giving invoice by email then whom to trust?Any normal company must have 3 years historical data and archive of bonafide purchase and Invoice .But they are denying to give as result Samsonite cannot replace the defected product. Companies like Jabong deal in goods under the table that are not bought through genuine means. Products may or may not be genuine. Regardless, you won’t get any support. They sell the equivalent of smuggled stuff except that they find loopholes so they might not be really doing anything illegal.
