[Resolved] Jabong.com — No response regarding the return request | |||||
I bought a pair of skechers running shoes from jabong but due to some issues i had to return the package. Subsequently, i filed a return request but it was never picked up by your courier partner and the amount is still stuck with jabong. It is causing me great anguish as neither i'm able to use the product nor return it since i cannot file another request from my end. I tried to contact jabong's customer service but my calls were never answered except one time and even then my issue was left unresolved since there was some technical issue according to the customer care executive. I also sent emails regarding the same but never heard from jabong. It's been over 10 days since the return request was created but the package is still sitting here with me.
