Jabong.com — order id [protected] - invalid refund | |||||
Dear Team, I had ordered two products from Jabong, the reason for placing order for second product is to ensure that I get a discount on the primary product, which is supposed to a "WOODLAND KHAKI LIFESTYLE SHOES" Now the issue is, Jabong sends me the second product and after three days of placing the order, an email stating the first product is cancelled as they do not have stock. I call the customer care immediately and ask them to give me an alternative product if not for the same one, and they refuse to do so. Now, if i have to order the alternative product, i will not get at the same discount at which i had ordered the first one and the refund they will give will not compensate my loss.
