Jabong.com — refund not initiated/ return issue | |
This is the second time i am writing this complaint. I have initiated a return request on 26th feb -18. The courier partner did not come to pick the item till now but when i called jabong they are telling that it has been updated in the system as "not ready to hand over". Now my question is that when i have raised the request why the hell i won't be ready with the item? How can they update such wrong information in the system? Such irresponsible behavior from a brand like jabong was unexpected. I want a resolution and my money back without any further delay. Was this information helpful? | |
