Hi, I had made a purchase on a pair of police sunglasses on 2nd of may and had returned it on 4th of may the way they were handed to me (#[protected]. I received a message 4 days later which is unusual for jabong where i get messages in seconds of the return/delivery. After waiting for 10 days for a refund, they accuse me of sending the wrong (Local) product and are denying me a refund and on top of it, they are sending me the "local" product they claim they received. Jabong is trying to rob me off my money. This is sheer stupidity and i am shocked at the negligence i am seeing in such a big company. I have been shopping online for 8 years and this is the first time i am facing such negligence and accusation. Not shopping with you ever again for sure, jabong! Worst experience ever.
