Jabong.com — two jeans returned but fund not refunded

I purchased two jeans order id [protected] of rs 1266 which had been already marked returned on 21 april 2018 with request ids 60032000 and 60031999 but still not refunded. Such a worst return policy of jabong i have ever experienced. I will never make such mistake of making any purchase ever in my life with this kind of attitude of jabong. Plz do the refund process as soon as possible make any contact through my email [protected]@gmail.com and contact no [protected]
