[Resolved]  Jabong.com — unable to raise return request for order id [protected]

Hello team,

I am trying to raise return request for one of the products in my
Order id [protected].

Product to be returned: spykar
Green printed t-shirt

Reason for return: design and quality is not good. Isn't the same as shown in the image in the website.

The website throws an error. The same error appears in the app as well.

I have already sent the email to jabong customer service twice and haven't received any resolution.

Looking forward for a resolution as soon as possible.
