Jabong.com — your jabong on-hold return request has been declined [incident: in[protected]

I’m a regular customer of jabong and must have ordered 100’s of products till date.

However, i was supplied a used item by your jabong pertaining to the below-mentioned order.

When i raised a return request for the same, your delivery team picked up the product, but is now refusing to process my refund citing quality check issues. Please note that the used item was originally supplied by your company which i have returned.

This issue was raised about 2 weeks back and multiple assurances were given regarding the resolution of the same in a timely manner.

The issue remains unresolved as of date.
