Jabong — jabong.com return error "customer state is required to process the return

I have bought nike shoes from jabong. And since i didn't like the shoes when it arrived. I tried to return it the same day. And jabong showing error message "customer state required to process return.". Kindly solve this issue. My jabong mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com. Kindly solve the issue in jabong site so i can return the item within stipulated time.
