Jabong — missing product | |||||
I ordered 9 products on 23, december'2017, order no: [protected] from account is [protected]@gmail.com. Out of which 7 were delivered according to the bill but only 6 products were found. These products were delivered on 27, december'2017. Missing product is maybelline-clean express total clean makeup remover. I complained right away, i called customer care on the same day of delivery. They asked me to mail the pictures of package and than i waited and i again called on january 1 2018, they said you ll get a call back. They didnt notify me on anything, no complaint number, no text nothing. I did get a call saying we solved the issue, i said forward the complaint i file legal complaint as you take no responsiblity o[censored]ndelivered product. I asked for the complaint number, gave me a ticket id with my forwarded complaint: ticket id 54520257. They said i ll get a call back in 4-5 days. I didnt get a call back, i called again on janaury 10, 2018. They said there is no solution, again raised a complaint and suggested will get a call back in 4-5 days, i didnt. I called today, they forwarded my call to superiors and they said we cant do anything about it.. I warned them about going to court, they said you can. I called 5 times in total, getting reassured that i ll get a call back about my product but did'nt, no response at all. This is final warning, if i dont get any response or my product in 10 days i m going to district consumer forum and file a legal complaint and will inform media as well. You have exploited a customer, a common man. I will show you common man can do now. You only priority should customers and its not. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hi, I'm also facing the same issue. I have ordered 3 and I received only 2. one id missing. delivery agent has abducted my product. and their is no response from customer care, Whenever I call them, They say that issue will be resolved in 7 days. I only got pod details that contain that delivery has been done, but i didn't receive the product. Jabong is such a worst site I have ever shopped Online.
