Jabong — refund not given | |||
I placed an order on 19 March 2019 and cancelled the same on that day. I haven't received a refund for amount ₹2123. When I contacted Jabong they said they refunded the amoun on 21 March 2019 but I haven't received anything. Then they gave me a ARN no 74799209078002668960792 which my bank says has no transaction linked to that. And I also received a refund from Amazon on 30th March. Jabong customer care is not helping and giving that no again and again. I have shared my bank statement showing no refund of that value credited into my account. Please help and suggest me should I approach consumer court. I have attached my account statement from date of transaction to the end of march. Was this information helpful? | |||
