[Resolved] Jabong — return item not collected | |||||
I purchased 3 footwear from Jabong on 12th October. I decided to return 1 footwear (it was not fitting me right). I placed the return request on the day i received the product (15th October). Since then i receive a message every morning that the product will be collected today and in the evening i get another message saying that we will not collect the product since you have rescheduled the pick-up. I called up the help desk couple of times and they promised that the item will be collected. Today is 30th October and the item is still with me. Now when i log into my order - it says that the product cannot be returned - This is a fraud I always buy my products from Amazon and for a change I decided to buy from Jabong and it was a wrong decision. I had ordered a kurti and it was supposed to come today but it has not arrived yet. And if i enter track id on ml it shows invalid. Please get my delivery soon
