Sharing this concern to all online retail users that Jabong is selling Fake FabIndia product on their site - I have recently received one such product (on 19 Oct2016). I raised a complaint on this[protected] and[protected] but inspite of many calls and follow ups the team is just not listening.
They delivered a product which has a FabIndia price tag but not the brand tag which is generally stitched with the cloth (Photos attached below).
I have been their user from last 4 yrs and have given them very good business. Out of INR 20, 000 worth of FabIndia products being ordered during same time, I have received this fake product of INR 1, 890 (a grey FabIndia cotton kurta) – and they just do not believe me and imposing their decision that they believe their vendor, have delivered a right product and now I need to keep same. They have no explanation what benefit am I having in bringing such issue to their notice.
