On 26.11.2018 you have rejected the order for rs.2545.26 stating that you have not received the payment where as it is charged to my account and the money is gone.

You reconcile my account at your end and i am a practicing chartered accountant i know accounting.

Kindly refund rs.2545.26 to my bank account or else i see that the same matter is published in local news papers in hyderabad.

I am your regular customer if you don’t refund my legitimate refund i will not buy anything in future from you. Please look into the matter and settle it early.

    This was the first time I ordered anything from Jabong.
    I have recently ordered a top and United Colors of Benetton skirt from Jabong on April 6, 2019.
    I got the order on 9th April 2019.
    As I didn't like the fit and quality o[censored]nited Colors of Benetton skirt I want to return the skirt but it's written there Return policy is not applicable on this purchase.
    As per the conversation with the customer care people they said it's on the non-returnable catalogue but since there was no information provided by Jabong regarding the non-returnable catalogue I don't have any information regarding it. Moreover when I was looking at the product for purchase it was showing 15 days return policy.
    It's very bad from the side of company like Jabong to do such errors.
    So I urge you to return my skirt o[censored]nited Colors of Benetton as soon as possible.

      Ordered some products which have clearly shown return available, now they aren't ready to return the products,
      Really feeling looted on the profit oriented policy of the company
      I don't want these products and want my money back.

      On calling the customer care they said we can exchange the products but can't return, and when I told them to exchange those products, they completely denied saying we don't have sizes available.
      Now, I don't want anything from the company which is openly looting us and want my money back!

        Hi

        Order no.[protected]-1114603 was placed on 5th april 2019 and was delivered on 9th april, 2019. However, both of the tommy hilfiger products that i received were damaged and old. I immediately tried to return on which i could return only one top and i do not see any return or exchange option for the other one i. E. Tommy hilfiger self designed blue blue regular top. I called customer care and in response, i was said that since one of the product was not applicable for return. I have been shopping from jabong.com from last 8-9 years and i have never come across such thing you can not return the product (Except undergarments, jewelry or makeup products) if you are not satisfied. You have kept a million apparel on 15-days return, 15 days - exchange and cod and now you say that this particular top is non-returnable.

        So, i am writing to you so that at least you can help me this. I did not like tommy hilfiger self designed blue blue regular top because it is damaged, old and of big size and for which i paid inr 868.35 and please initiate the return request for this.

          Hi there!

          After paying huge amount also with the extra tax I received a broken eyeshadow from Jabong. The eyeshadow is completely broken and not in a stage that I can be able to fix it even to reuse. So when I raised a complaint in jabong customer care, I was again and again asked to send the screenshot and explain the issue. I replied the same each time. Still nothing happened to my complaint. It has been almost a week and there is no result I am getting
          Please refund the money for the same or else please replace with a good new eyeshade cause the money and the treatment from the jabong team is what matters. A customer who pre pays the money has some faith in the brand value of Jabong. But it's so sad and unexpected that Jabong even does not listen to the customer complaints.

            I ordered a contour palette from jabong last week on sale. But i received it completely broken. The contour powder is all ruined and falling everywhere.
            On the app it says non returnable. Please tell me what to do. I want to exchange it if not return.
            I have experienced same thing from flipkart but they accept returns (Give full refund) and offer exchanges also.
            But jabong app is not letting me do anything

              I placed an order on 19 March 2019 and cancelled the same on that day. I haven't received a refund for amount ₹2123. When I contacted Jabong they said they refunded the amoun on 21 March 2019 but I haven't received anything. Then they gave me a ARN no 74799209078002668960792 which my bank says has no transaction linked to that. And I also received a refund from Amazon on 30th March. Jabong customer care is not helping and giving that no again and again. I have shared my bank statement showing no refund of that value credited into my account. Please help and suggest me should I approach consumer court. I have attached my account statement from date of transaction to the end of march.

                Jabong has deactivated my account and refusing to give me any details and told that they will not activate my account. Apparently i am not allowed to buy anything anymore on my account due to some transactions. I have made a lots of purchases on the site and for no reason i’m treated like this. They don’t have a solid reason to give or treat me like this and still refusing to activate. It’s no big deals i can open another account with another email id but this is very insulting as i did not do anything wrong and a very bad customer treatment.

                  I am here to share my greivence about poorest service by jabong and your agents. I have waited patiently 2 business days as per your agent told.
                  Today also agent guys don't have any piece of info about my product. Are the agents sleeping? And now i want to cancel my product and i need a refund. For that your agents says, we can't cancel right now. Am i funny tou you?? Escalation officer abijit was told whenever your order out for delivery that time only you can cancel. And then we can process the refund. Am asking you guys give me the amount as of now and whenever that product out for delivery i am returning the money??? Will you do this??? Is this solution? Pathetic! Pathetic!.
                  I don't want the product now please cancel that order and give me my refund back. I need badly my amount 1208 rs back. I don't need the formal reply like wait for 24 hrs because i frustrated and irritated enough by heard this? Please help to get out if this.

                    I had ordered 3tshirts from jabong but later i wanted to return one of them. While filling the credentials for return it was not accepting the ifsc code at all.
                    This was my first order at jabong. How much ever i try it's just not accepting at all.
                    I need the refund to my account as soon as possible. I went through others complaining regarding the same issue and the same thing is still continued.

                      I received my order from jabong but the item that i bought is not as i expected and a little big so i opted to return the item since there's no smaller size. When i provide my bank details for the return payment there's an error in the ifsc code which i have provided. The ifsc code is correct and i have check it so many times but still it wouldn't accept the code. I gave the same ifsc code before but it does not give any error. I'm really disappointed with jabong. Please look into this matter. I want to return the item and get a refund.

                        I ordered for a crocs clogs type sandals and i got a sliding type crocs. I returned that product on 24th february till today there is no messages or any information about refund. Commonly they will inform that refund initiated. How can i get my money back. Is there is any proof or where did i check the return status.

                          I want to return my order (Order id: 110463856787520454501) that delivered on 26th March 2019 but i am unable to place a return order as the jabong's return form is not accepting my valid ifsc number. The restriction has been set as 11 digit alpha numberic input while my axis account number's ifsc code is of 11digits. The order was placed via cash on delivery basis so now i am just stuck with the product. There has been a problem every time i have ordered something from jabong. Jabong team, need your immediate attention over this matter

                            Suitcase developed a crack during transit in flight and Mira Road service centre of samsonite cannot take request without Invoice. Jabong.com web portal is showing genuine purchase history with all the details .Invoice Jabong cannot give after 2 years (have an email from the company).Suitcase is still within warranty but only 2 months remaining.If such reputed company like Jabog cannot coperate in giving invoice by email then whom to trust?Any normal company must have 3 years historical data and archive of bonafide purchase and Invoice .But they are denying to give as result Samsonite cannot replace the defected product.

                            Companies like Jabong deal in goods under the table that are not bought through genuine means. Products may or may not be genuine. Regardless, you won’t get any support. They sell the equivalent of smuggled stuff except that they find loopholes so they might not be really doing anything illegal.

                                Dear sir
                                I have purchased some products of speedo from jabong which were not satisfactory at all. When i complaint about them they were ready to help me even going beyond to their return policies as return window was closed for those products, which was very appreciatiable from them. I live in a different country so they told me to send those products to india safely in a address which is suitable for them to pick from. As i sent address to confirm whether it is suitable or not for pickup, next day they said ur return pickup has failed. They know it very well that it will take at least 3-4days to reach india. Now they are not responding to my mails. I have already sent products with someone who is going to india and they be available on friday onwards. Please help me in this regard. I can also provide you emails which has been shared between us.

                                  I want to know the reason for declining the return request while they accepted it firstly and also pickup was scheduled. Nobody came for the pickup of the item and then they declined it after 2 days. I am also uncertain of the quality of the product as the product doesn't look like a branded one it has very bad material and also it looks like a local market product.                                     I’m a regular customer of jabong and must have ordered 100’s of products till date.

                                    However, i was supplied a used item by your jabong pertaining to the below-mentioned order.
                                    (Return number [protected])

                                    When i raised a return request for the same, your delivery team picked up the product, but is now refusing to process my refund citing quality check issues. Please note that the used item was originally supplied by your company which i have returned.

                                    This issue was raised about 2 weeks back and multiple assurances were given regarding the resolution of the same in a timely manner.

                                    The issue remains unresolved as of date.

                                      I have ordered a w kurta of rs1141.28. I did not like and hence returned the product. The first time they declined my refund saying product quality check failed as i have returned wrong product. However it was the same product. I clicked the images of kurta which has returned back to me saying quality check fauled and sent them the images. After struggling for 20 days my re-return request got approved and this time i have to ship the kurta at warehouse. I did that and now again jabong is saying that quality check failed. It has been 10 days now i have raised a complaint asking for the reason but i did not get any update even after waiting for 10 days.                                         After complaint they assured me for resolving my complaint in 3 business days but still I didn't get any call from jabong. And it's been already 7 days from my complaint.
                                        Didnt expect it from Such a product with a tag of rs4999 and one of the best brands of the world..

                                        I got a response from jabong that its a wear and tear issue, . Let me tell u 1 thing original leather quality shoes never get Scratches like this, and still the product is in guarantee of 3 months but u are denying from the interior quality and as well as exchange.
