Jabong.com — amount debited but order not placed

I have ordered two kurtis from jabong.com on 16th september 2018 from mail id shreya. Examination@gmail.com. The transaction amount 854 was debited but the order is not placed. I spoke to customer care they said that they need my order id but since i haven't received any order id but the amount was deducted, i feel cheated. I am also attaching the images of the message that gives the details of the amount debited. It is my request to refund the money as soon as possible.

My refund has been initiated but I have not received the credit. My ORDER ID is [protected]. and Returning ID : 64528806.
Im facing the same problem. I advice all future buyers to use only cash on delivery. My money is deducted however the order isn't placed.
