Jabong.com — amount debited but order not placed

I have ordered two kurtis from jabong.com on 16th september 2018 from mail id shreya. Examination@gmail.com. The transaction amount 854 was debited but the order is not placed. I spoke to customer care they said that they need my order id but since i haven't received any order id but the amount was deducted, i feel cheated. I am also attaching the images of the message that gives the details of the amount debited. It is my request to refund the money as soon as possible.
