[Resolved] Jabong.com — Return pick up is still not arranged | |||||
I have requested for return pick of mr. Button black blazer of worth rs2646 with return id29052421 on may 8th.. Till today they have not arranged anyone to pick the product.. I am repeatedly calling customer care regarding this and they say they don't have any information about this.. So my question who will have the information if not them.. It's very unprofessional on their part that they are not able to arrange a courier guy to pick the product and i don't think it's a big deal.. My money is stuck and i am not able to use.. I have made a payment through debit card but the product is not delivered even after many calls and mails very bad experience I brought 3 items from jabong..on arriving I didn't find the products value for money as the products were no where similar to the displayed products.so I placed a return request.after 3 days they showed on my account that "max pick up attempts failed".but they never called me or texted me for that if the delivery boy was unable to track my address. previously they did the same.very unsatisfied with jabong.

I have purchased cloth on 17/01/2015 but returned by blue dart. my request id is 15311807 and order no is[protected]which shows1359 rupees on my account againt my returned order.so please manage to return my balance as far as possible.
