Jabong.com — wrong product delivered on cod order, collect cash by courier boy and make it delivery unsuccessful status

I got order from jabong which was cod, made payment but the product inside the bag was wrong and barcode was fully tampered/scratched.

And courier boy update delivery status of product is unsuccessfull.

Courier company was myntra logistic
I order 2 white casual shirts worth rs 3008- but i got tshirt.
Please solve this
